Food is the most important element to be alive. It provides us with ample energy, protein, and important element that is useful or necessary for fulfilling our body needs and to function it properly.   So food does play an important role. There are various types of foods and each one contains different type of minerals, fat, cholesterol etc. There are also wide ranges of variety food available which varies from culture to culture and country to country.

There are rich foods and normal foods The food containing high shooting taste and cholesterols (cholesterols in high amount  is found there cause high amount of oil is used to make is taste shooting) are known as rich foods . Rich foods directly refer to the fast foods like pizza, burger, and sandwich. There are some indian food containing high cholesterols like Biriani, Teheri, Polau, Etc. By consuming them extensively we eventually end up being obese; coca cola, pepsi etc.  But all foods are not healthy. Food containing extra cholesterol is not very for health in fact it’s harmful and causes heart diseases. But the problem is the pungent taste of these foods attracts people towards it.

But one cannot say that fast foods are unhealthy, but the ingredient it contains causes the problem in human body. But now a day these foods are very much popular all over the world. Instead of regular manner this foods should be consumed less often.

Through eating unhygienic food one can suffer from the stomach problem causing dehydration and diarrhea. Our healthy food list help you to live healthy and increase ability to fight against various diseases.

Now the foods that are healthy are given below.

Milk: Milk is considered to the heaven food. It contains high amount of protein. It helps one to grow properly and remain healthy. Though, those who have heart diseases are recommended to take milk after discussing with a physician.

Egg: Egg is also considered to be a standard form of food and very good for health especially for the children at their growth period.

Vegetables: Vegetables are very good for health. Variety of vegetables contains variety of mineral, vitamin and proteins etc. Vegetable helps our digestive system.

Fish:  Fish contains vitamins and small fish contains vitamin A. Fish has protein, oil is good for health and it doesn’t increases the fat in one’s body unlike meat. Fish straightens our bones.          

Pulse: Pulse is a healthy food. It contains carbohydrate and protein. Though it contains fat it doesn’t grow it in our body. It is also considered substitute to meat sometimes.

Meat: Meat contains high protein. It helps us to be strong. But depending on the person’s health a the person is recommended to eat or avoid it because of its fat ingredients.

To remain healthy one needs to eat healthy hygiene food. Eat healthy and remain healthy live a long life.
